With past experience owning and operating both a residential real estate brokerage and a small construction company, he understands every side of the homebuilding and homebuying process. Shawn’s favorite place in any home is gathered around the kitchen island or relaxing by the pool, spaces where people naturally connect and create memories. What he loves most about the industry is the people and the creativity that comes with helping clients find and personalize a home that truly fits their lifestyle.

Kaleb Mar is a CPA with leadership experience across construction, energy, and global agriculture, where he has implemented enterprise‑level financial systems, optimized cash management, led audits, and M&A initiatives. He is known for driving operational efficiency, strengthening financial controls, and delivering data‑driven insights. Kaleb enjoys officiating football, playing sports, traveling and spending time with his two young boys.

As a New Home Specialist with Creative Custom Homes, Rochelle brings more than 25 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in the Twin Cities market, with a specialized focus on new construction. Her extensive background in business ownership, operations, management, marketing, and real estate provides clients with valuable expertise throughout the homebuilding journey. Rochelle is passionate about helping buyers navigate one of the most important investments of their lives, emphasizing education, communication, and exceptional service every step of the way. A proud mother of two adult children who continue to call the Twin Cities home, she has a deep connection to the local community. He has over 10 years of New Construction Sales experience. When Kevin isn’t in the model home, you can probably find him on the golf course! (Go Chiefs!)

Design Studio Specialist, Danielle, is incredibly passionate and talented in new home design. Creating beautiful homes and giving a spectacular customer experience through transparency and communication to our home buyers throughout the design process is her number one goal! When Danielle isn’t busy designing homes, you can find her traveling, attend sporting events (Go Vikings!) and concerts.

From drafting to final plans, Tim goes the extra mile to ensure each and every home plan we design is accurate and achieves the dreams of our homeowners. When Tim isn’t finalizing plans, he can usually be found spending time with his wife and daughters on the deck or on the boat fishing.

Lorissa loves helping turn ideas into beautiful homes by connecting inspired design with quality craftsmanship. Her attention to detail and passion for the building process help create an exceptional experience for homeowners. When she's not at work, you'll find her cooking, gardening, or enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
